房间隔缺损的介入治疗现状、新进展及并发症总结

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 自1974年King等人首次通过介入封堵治疗房间隔缺损（Atrial septal defect,ASD）以来,随着介入封堵技术的不断进步、医生的经验积累以及封堵器材料的不断改进,越来越多的研究证实了介入治疗的高疗效性和安全性。如今,介入治疗因其成功率高、创伤小、术后恢复快等优势逐渐在继发孔型ASD的治疗中取代了传统的外科开胸手术,现已成为治疗继发孔型ASD的首选方法,本文主要就ASD介入治疗现状、新进展及其并发症进行阐述。
