经皮腔内室间隔化学消融术治疗肥厚型梗阻性心肌病一例

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 肥厚型梗阻性心肌病（hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy,HOCM）指在无常见病因的情况下出现左心室异常肥厚的病症。最常见的形式涉及基底间隔,导致左心室流出道阻塞,我国患病率约为80/10万^[1]。目前临床上治疗手段主要包括：药物、介入及手术等多种方法,其中经皮腔内室间隔化学消融术（percutaneoustransluminal septal myocardial ablation,PTSMA）已成为一种选择性的治疗方法,术后疗效与标准的手术切除术相当^[2]。本文报道一例典型肥厚型梗阻性心肌病（HOCM）,通过药物联合经皮腔内室间隔化学消融术（PTSMA）进行治疗,改善该患者临床症状并降低其心源性猝死风险,取得了良好的临床疗效。该文结合相关文献分析该病例的诊疗思路及治疗过程,以期为临床实践提供参考价值。
