心房颤动患者射频消融术后心律失常风险预测模型的构建

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨影响心房颤动射频消融术后患者发生心律失常的危险因素,并构建风险预测模型。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2019年12月至2021年12月就诊于我院心内科的372例房颤射频消融患者的临床相关资料,统计并分析发生心律失常的危险因素,利用Logistic回归构建风险预测模型。结果 372例患者中,心律失常发生126例,发生率33.87%。一般资料分析显示BMI、吸烟史、饮酒史、术后焦虑、左心房球形度、心外膜脂肪组织体积成为射频消融术后心律失常的独立危险因素（P<0.05）。矩阵分析结果显示：BMI与左心房球形度、BMI与心外膜脂肪组织体积、吸烟与饮酒之间存在低度相关性（0.3<|r|<0.5）,其余各影响因素间无线性相关关系,相对彼此独立。结论左心房球形度、吸烟、术后焦虑、心外膜脂肪组织体积及BMI是房颤射频消融术后患者发生心律失常的危险因素。
