特鲁索综合征1例并文献复习

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 特鲁索综合征是一种临床综合征,临床表现为恶性肿瘤相关的血栓栓塞并发症等。目前特鲁索综合征的病因尚未明确。特鲁索综合征的患者容易反复发生累及多个脑区的急性缺血性卒中事件,血清D-D二聚体水平的异常升高是其具备预警作用的检验异常。临床发现,缺血性卒中事件往往发生于肿瘤发现之前的1年或同时发现,并且当发现肿瘤时往往已经伴发了肿瘤转移,导致患者错过最优治疗时机。特此报道1例特鲁索综合征患者,以求提高临床医生对特鲁索综合征的认知及治疗水平,尽早发现并治疗原发病,以提高该病的诊治水平。
