Abstract: Objective To To investigate the effect of continuous nursing based on a mobile network information platform on patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods A total of 168 CHD patients who underwent PCI in our hospital from January 2023 to August 2025 were enrolled and divided into control group and observation group using a random number table, with 84 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received conventional nursing intervention, while those in the observation group received continuous nursing intervention based on a mobile network information platform. The two groups were compared in terms of self-management behaviors, medication compliance, quality of life, and adverse cardiovascular events. Results Compared with the control group after intervention, the observation group had significantly higher scores of each dimension of the coronary heart disease self-management behavior scale (symptom management: 3.34±0.96 points vs 2.78±0.89 points, P<0.05; emergency management: 3.27±0.98 points vs 2.82±0.91 points, P<0.05; emotional cognition management: 3.19±0.97 points vs 2.88±0.94 points, P<0.05; bad habit management: 3.12±0.84 points vs 2.65±0.79 points, P<0.05; disease knowledge management: 3.45±1.06 points vs 2.91±0.99 points, P<0.05; daily life management: 3.39±1.04 points vs 2.89±0.95 points, P<0.05; treatment compliance management: 3.52±1.10 points vs 2.71±0.86 points, P<0.05). The observation group had a significantly higher overall medication compliance rate than the control group [95.24% (80/84) vs 85.71% (72/84), P<0.05]. Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly higher scores in each dimension of the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 (physical function: 82.16±4.23 points vs 74.67±3.59 points, P<0.05; psychological function: 83.04±4.51 points vs 75.89±3.70 points, P<0.05; social function: 86.14±4.43 points vs 78.72±3.85 points, P<0.05; material life status: 87.86±4.51 points vs 79.63±4.05 points, P<0.05). The observation group had a significantly lower incidence rate of adverse cardiovascular events than the control group [7.14% (6/84) vs 20.24% (17/84), P<0.05]. Conclusion For CHD patients undergoing PCI, continuous nursing based on a mobile network information platform can effectively improve postoperative self-management behaviors, enhance medication compliance and quality of life, and reduce the incidence rate of adverse cardiovascular events.
