标准序贯分级结合认知重构干预对急性心梗患者PCI术后康复效果的影响

摘要: 目的 分析标准序贯分级结合认知重构干预对急性心梗患者介入术后康复效果的影响。方法 选取贵黔国际总医院心血管内科收治的急性心梗患者,纳入病例数为112例。依据随机数字表法予以分组,对照组和观察组均为56例。其中一组经围术期的常规护理并给予认知重构干预(对照组);另一组另联合标准序贯分级护理干预;对护理结束后所取得的效果进行比较,调查指标包括不良事件、运动耐力以及对疾病所获得的感知度。结果 观察组护理后6 min步行试验(6MWT)、改良Barthel指数均高于对照组,对疾病所获得的感知度均较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而出院6个月时的不良事件占比率通过比较,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 标准序贯分级结合认知重构干预的应用,利于促进急性心梗患者PCI术后更好康复,增加患者对疾病的正确认知,值得应用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of standard sequential grading combined with cognitive remodeling intervention on rehabilitation after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 112 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were admitted to Department of Cardiology, Guiqian International General Hospital, were enrolled and divided into control group and observation group using a random number table, with 56 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received perioperative routine nursing combined with cognitive remodeling intervention, and those in the observation group were given standard sequential grading nursing in addition to the intervention in the control group. The outcome after nursing was compared between the two groups, and the indicators for investigation included adverse events, exercise tolerance, andperception of the disease. Results After nursing, compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly better results of six-minute walk test, a significantly higher modified Barthel Index, and a significant increase in the perception of the disease (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the proportion of patients with adverse events between the two groups at 6 months after discharge (P>0.05). Conclusion Standard sequential grading combined with cognitive remodeling intervention can help to promote rehabilitationafter PCI and improve the understanding of the disease in patients with acute myocardial infarction, and therefore, it holds promise for clinical practice.
