血管内超声与单纯冠状动脉造影指导下无保护左主干病变介入治疗的疗效对比研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨研究血管内超声（Intravascular ultrasound,简称IVUS）与单纯冠状动脉造影（coronary angiography,简称CAG）指导下无保护冠状动脉左主干病变（Unprotected left main coronary artery,简称ULMCA）介入治疗的疗效对比。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月我院收治的接受介入治疗的ULMCA患者112例,依据不同指导方式分组,对照组应用单纯CAG,研究组联合应用IVUS。观察比较术后即刻效果指标、支架置入参数、临床预后。结果研究组术后即刻最小支架直径、最小支架横截面积显著更大（P<0.05）,研究组术后即刻TIMI血流0-2级患者更多,但是无显著差异（P>0.05）;研究组支架释放压力、支架最大直径显著更大（P<0.05）,两组支架最大长度无显著差异（P>0.05）;研究组MACE、支架内再狭窄以及支架内血栓发生率显著更低（P<0.05）。结论 ULMCA患者介入治疗过程当中在单纯CAG基础上联合使用IVUS检查指导时,可显著改善并提示患者的预后。
