Objective To investigate the application value of personalized comprehensive nursing in patients with endometrial carcinoma (EC) and hypertension. Methods A total of 82 patients with EC and hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into control group with 40 patients and observation group with 42 patients by coin tossing. The patients in the control group received routine nursing, and those in the observation group received personalized comprehensive nursing. Both groups received in-hospital nursing for 2 weeks and were followed up regularly for 6-12 months according to chronic disease management after discharge. The two groups were compared in terms of the incidence rate of postoperative complications, quality of life, and degree of satisfaction with nursing. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had a significantly lower incidence rate of postoperative complications (2.38% vs 20.00%, P<0.05) and significantly higher scores of each dimension of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 (76.96±5.87, 75.14±6.19, 78.91±7.05, and 79.17±6.31 vs 70.82±5.10, 69.83±4.63, 71.39±6.28, and 72.20±5.90, P<0.05). The observation group had a slightly higher degree of satisfaction with nursing than the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Personalized comprehensive nursing can effectively reduce postoperative complications in EC patients with hypertension, improve their quality of life, and improve the degree of satisfaction with nursing to a certain extent.
