心电散点图对心律失常快速诊断的价值分析

摘要: 目的 分析心电散点图对心律失常快速诊断的价值。方法 按回顾分析法选择200例患者作为本次研究对象,均来源于本院2023年1月至2024年7月期间,所有患者均接受心电散点图和常规心电图诊断的患者,对比常规心电图和散点图的诊断价值。结果 200例患者经临床综合诊断确诊178例。心电散点图诊断不同类型心律失常的诊断准确率高于常规心电图,联合检查的诊断准确率高于单一检查(P<0.05)。常规心电图诊断心律失常的准确率一致性差(Kappa=0.260),心电散点图的一致性尚可(Kappa=0.470),联合检查的一致性好(Kappa=0.810);心电散点图的诊断准确率高于常规心电图,联合检查的诊断准确率高于单一检查(P<0.05)。室性早搏、室上性早搏及房颤的B线斜率比较均有统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论 心律失常诊断中心电散点图的诊断准确性高于常规心电图,同时二者联用有助于进一步提高诊断效能,为临床诊治提供可靠依据。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the value of ECG scatter plots in the rapid diagnosis of arrhythmia. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for 200 patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2023 to July 2024, and all patients received examinations with ECG scatter plots and routine electrocardiography. The diagnostic value of ECG scatter plots and routine electrocardiography was compared. Results Among the 200 patients, 178 had a confirmed diagnosis based on comprehensive clinical assessment. Compared with routine electrocardiography, ECG scatter plots had a significantly higher accuracy rate in the diagnosis of various types of arrhythmia, and the combination of the two diagnostic methods had a significantly higher accuracy rate than each method alone (P<0.05). There was a poor consistency in the accuracy rate of routine electrocardiography in the diagnosis of arrhythmia (Kappa=0.260), while ECG scatter plots had a fairly good consistency (Kappa=0.470), and the combination of the two methods had a good consistency (Kappa=0.810). ECG scatter plots had a significantly higher diagnostic accuracy rate than routine electrocardiography, and the combination of the two methods had a significantly higher diagnostic accuracy rate than each method used alone (P<0.05). There were also significant differences in the B-line slopes of ventricular premature beats, supraventricular premature beats, and atrial fibrillation (P<0.05). Conclusion ECG scatter plots have a significantly higher accuracy rate than routine electrocardiography in the diagnosis of arrhythmia, and the combination of the two methods can further improve diagnostic efficacy, which provides a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
