心脏起搏器植入术患者应用个体化运动康复护理的临床效果

摘要: 目的 观察个体化运动康复护理在心脏起搏器植入术患者中的应用效果。方法 以随机数字表法将43例2019年1月至2023年1月期间在本院接受心脏起搏器植入术治疗的患者为A(n=20,常规康复护理)、B(n=23,个体化运动康复护理)两组,并就心功能、平板运动试验结果、运动功能、生活自理能力、运动依从性及不良反应进行对比。结果 B组心功能HR、LVEF及LVEDD指标水平高于A组,平板运动试验运动级别、运动时间及最大代谢当量均高于A组,运动功能评分、生活自理能力评分及运动依从性均高于A组,不良反应发生率低于A组,上述指标数据对比均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 个体化运动康复护理的应用有助于提升心脏起搏器植入术患者康复运动依从性,并减少不良反应的发生,促使心功能得到改善与提升,亦可以积极影响运动功能及生活自理能力,值得临床推广运用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of individualized exercise rehabilitation nursing in patients undergoing pacemaker implantation. Methods A total of 43 patients who underwent pacemaker implantation in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were enrolled and divided into groups A (20 patients receiving conventional rehabilitation nursing) and B (23 patients receiving individualized exercise rehabilitation nursing) using a random number table, and the two groups were compared in terms of cardiac function, treadmill exercise test results, motor function, self-care ability of daily living, exercise compliance, and adverse reactions. Results Compared with group A, group B had significantly higher levels of the cardiac function parameters heart rate, left ventricular ejection fraction, and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter. The treadmill exercise test showed that compared with group A, group B had significantly higher exercise level, exercise time, and maximum metabolic equivalent. Moreover, compared with group A, group B had significantly higher motor function score, score of self-care ability of daily living, and exercise compliance and a significantly lower incidence rate of adverse reactions (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing pacemaker implantation, individualized exercise rehabilitation nursing can promote exercise compliance, reduce adverse reactions, and improve their cardiac function, motor function, and self-care ability of daily living, and therefore, it holds promise for clinical application.
