房颤患者左心耳封堵术的临床应用与进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 心房颤动（Atrial Fibrillation,AF）是一种全球范围内患病率逐年上升的持续性心律失常。AF患者面临多种并发症,其中卒中风险最为突出,口服抗凝药物长期以来被视为预防AF患者卒中的标准疗法,但并非适用于所有患者。在此背景下,左心耳封堵术（Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion,LAAO）作为一种创新的非药物解决方案应运而生,通过机械方式封闭左心耳,有效预防血栓栓塞性卒中。尽管LAAO技术在临床应用上逐渐普及,但仍面临诸多挑战和未知问题,如封堵装置的长期疗效和安全性、术后并发症管理等。本文旨在全面审视AF患者LAAO的应用现状,并深入探讨其优势与局限性。
