Abstract: Objective To investigate the application effect of preventive nursing intervention based on quantitative evaluation strategy in severe pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome. Methods A total of 30 patients with severe pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into control group and observation group using a random number table, with 15 patients in each group. The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, and those in the observation group received preventive nursing intervention based on quantitative evaluation strategy. The two groups were compared in terms of blood pressure and pregnancy outcome after nursing. Results After nursing, the observation group had significantly lower systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and overall incidence rate of adverse pregnancy outcomes compared with the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Preventive nursing intervention based on quantitative evaluation strategy has a significant application effect in severe pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome and can significantly reduce blood pressure and improve pregnancy outcome, and therefore, it holds promise for clinical application.
