Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention based on network platform in pregnant women with gestational hypertension.Methodse A total of 80 pregnant women with gestational hypertension who were admitted to our hospital were enrolled as subjects, and the study started in November 2019 and ended in November 2020. The pregnant women were divided into conventional group and experimental group using the random drawing method, with 40 women in each group. The women in the conventional group were given basic nursing intervention, and those in the experimental group were given nursing intervention based on network platform. The two groups were compared in terms of Self-rating Questionnaire of Healthcare Management for Pregnancy (SQHMP) score and blood pressure before and after nursing and adverse pregnancy outcomes.Results Compared with the conventional group after nursing intervention, the experimental group had significantly higher scores of daily life, treatment compliance, fetal monitoring behavior, and self-protection (P<0.05). After nursing, the experimental group had significantly lower levels of diastolic pressure and systolic pressure than the conventional group (P<0.05). The incidence rate of adverse pregnancy outcomes was 2.50% in the experimental group and 20.00% in the conventional group (P<0.05).Conclusion For pregnant women with gestational hypertension, nursing intervention based on network platform can improve their self-healthcare management ability, improve adverse pregnancy outcomes, and thus exert a certain interventional effect.
