Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of integrated nursing on elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure. Methods A total of 90 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure who were admitted to our hospital were enrolled as subjects, and the study started in January 2020 and ended in January 2021. The patients were divided into conventional group and experimental group by random drawing, with 45 patients in each group. The patients in the conventional group were given basic nursing, and those in the experimental group were given integrated nursing. The two groups were compared in terms of treatment compliance and quality-of-life score before and after intervention. Results After intervention, compared with the conventional group, the experimental group had significantly higher scores of treatment compliance and quality of life (P<0.05). Conclusion For elderly patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure, integrated nursing can improve their treatment compliance and quality of life and thus exerts a certain interventional effect.
