Objective
To investigate the application effect of comprehensive high-quality surgical cooperation nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).
Methods
A total of 53 patients who underwent PCI in the Catheterization Room of Nantong Tongzhou People’s Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were enrolled as subjects. According to the admission time, the patients were divided into control group with 26 patients and experimental group with 27 patients. The patients in the control group received routine surgical nursing cooperation, while those in the experimental group received comprehensive high-quality surgical cooperation nursing. The two groups were compared in terms of compliance with nursing during anesthesia and surgery, complications, and degree of satisfaction with nursing.
Results
Compared with the control group, the experimental group had significantly higher scores of compliance with anesthesia, surgery, and nursing (all
P
<0.05). The experimental group had a significantly lower overall incidence rate of postoperative complications than the control group (7.41%
vs
26.92%,
P
<0.05). The experimental group had a significantly higher nursing satisfaction score than the control group (
P
<0.05).
Conclusion
For patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing PCI, comprehensive high-quality surgical cooperation nursing can effectively enhance patient compliance, reduce complications, and improve the degree of satisfaction with nursing.
