Objective
To observe the application effect of psychosomatic comprehensive nursing combined withtraditional Chinese medicine (TCM)rehabilitation nursing after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for acute myocardial infarction withleft heart failure.
Methods
A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction and left heart failure who underwent PCI were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 patients in each group. The patients in the observation groupreceived psychosomatic comprehensive nursing combined with TCM rehabilitation nursing, while those in the control group received psychosomatic comprehensive nursing alone. The two groups were compared in terms of self-careability, nursing effect, and degree of satisfaction.
Results
Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly higher ESCA scores, response rate of nursing, and degree of satisfaction with nursing (
P
<0.05).
Conclusion
For patients with acute myocardial infarction and left heart failure undergoing PCI, psychosomatic comprehensive nursing combined withTCM rehabilitation nursing can strengthen postoperative self-care ability and provide more satisfactory and idealnursing intervention.
