Objective
To investigate the effect of cardiac surgery continuous nursing group in hypertensive patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery.
Methods
A total of 80 hypertensive patients who were admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to January 2022 and underwent coronary artery bypass surgery were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group using a random number table, with 40 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and those in the observation group were given nursing intervention by a cardiac surgery continuous nursing group. The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.
Results
Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly higher awareness rate of disease knowledge and score of disease management ability and significantly lower blood pressure level and incidence rate of complications after intervention (
P
<0.05).
Conclusion
For hypertensive patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery, nursing care performed by a cardiac surgery continuous nursing group can improve the awareness of disease knowledge and disease management ability, better stabilize blood pressure, and reduce complications.
